I noticed it said you can't go off topic in the clearly labled 'Off Topic' section part of the forums. Can you 'really' go off topic in an off topic section of the forums?

And more-so.. Don't we always anyway?

The designer of this board's forums probably did not consider naming it things like Chit Chat or something. But I'm pretty sure it means to stick to the specific thread's topic, but any topics in the forum are permitted.
